2018 Nissan LEAF Specs
Nissan has slowly been giving enthusiasts little sneak peaks at the all-new 2018 Nissan LEAF. The all-electric model will soon make its official debut, but those who look hard enough can find some leaked specs. The specifications of the all-new Nissan LEAF are pretty impressive to say the least.
Nissan LEAF’s Torque
The specifications come from a configurator that has since been removed. The upcoming Nissan LEAF will reportedly feature a 110 kW electric powertrain that delivers a thrilling yet efficient 147 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. For comparison, the current LEAF offers 107 hp and 187 lb-ft of torque.
The upcoming Nissan LEAF will also see a few price cuts and come in at much more affordable prices than its main competitors. Further incentives will reduce the price of the all-electric Nissan LEAF even more.
Unfortunately, there’s no indication as to what the larger battery will offer. Speculation ranges from 165 to 200 miles on a single charge.
With the availability of electric vehicles continuing to grow, expect the all-new Nissan LEAF to up the ante. New standard features, better range, and a more powerful electric powertrain are bound to prove just how worthwhile the upcoming 2018 LEAF will be.
